| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, A longtime civic and business leader, Mr. Schenkel |

| 11 | 12 | | is the former vice chair of the board for Dean Foods and has served |

| 12 | 13 | | as a member or chair of numerous other boards and organizations; he |

| 13 | 14 | | currently holds membership on the boards of Grand Bank, the |

| 14 | 15 | | Methodist Health System and its fund-raising arm, and the Dallas |

| 15 | 16 | | Blue Foundation, a nonprofit that provides financial assistance to |

| 16 | 17 | | the families of wounded or fallen police officers; in addition, he |

| 17 | 18 | | is a member of the executive committee of the State Fair of Texas |

| 18 | 19 | | board, and in recognition of his involvement in South Dallas, the |

| 19 | 20 | | state fair's scholarship program is named in his honor; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Schenkel is committed to sharing the rewards of |

| 23 | 24 | | Pat, are generous benefactors of Dallas Methodist Hospital, where |

| 26 | 27 | | Visiting Nurse Association, New Friends New Life, and Arms of Hope |
