45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Olivia Noble is graduating as the valedictorian of
67 the senior class of Richard King High School in Corpus Christi in
78 2015; and
89 WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only
910 intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the
1011 highest academic standards; Ms. Noble has demonstrated a thorough
1112 understanding of a wide range of subjects, with her favorites being
1213 English, history, government, economics, and chemistry; in
1314 addition, she participated in numerous extracurricular activities,
1415 including National Honor Society, academic decathlon, and the
1516 school literary magazine; and
1617 WHEREAS, The daughter of Timothy and Julia Noble, Ms. Noble
1718 plans to continue her education by enrolling at Yale University to
1819 study English, history, and art; and
1920 WHEREAS, Throughout her academic career, Olivia Noble has
2021 earned the respect and admiration of her teachers and classmates,
2122 and her exceptional scholastic ability, hard work, and commitment
2223 to excellence have opened the way to limitless opportunities for
2324 this remarkable young Texan; now, therefore, be it
2425 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
2526 Legislature hereby congratulate Olivia Noble, valedictorian of the
2627 Class of 2015 at Richard King High School in Corpus Christi, and
2728 extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success as she
2829 begins the next exciting chapter of her life; and, be it further
2930 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
3031 prepared for Ms. Noble as an expression of high regard by the Texas
3132 House of Representatives.
