| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Olivia Noble is graduating as the valedictorian of |

| 10 | 11 | | highest academic standards; Ms. Noble has demonstrated a thorough |

| 11 | 12 | | understanding of a wide range of subjects, with her favorites being |

| 12 | 13 | | English, history, government, economics, and chemistry; in |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | addition, she participated in numerous extracurricular activities, |
|---|

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Timothy and Julia Noble, Ms. Noble |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Throughout her academic career, Olivia Noble has |
