| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Logan James Antcliff of Boy Scouts of America Troop |

| 6 | 7 | | No. 157 in Lubbock has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, and this |

| 7 | 8 | | accomplishment truly merits special recognition; and |
|---|
| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Receiving the Eagle Scout badge is a significant |

| 9 | 10 | | honor, bestowed on only a small fraction of those who enter the |
|---|
| 10 | 11 | | scouting movement; in the course of meeting the rank's demanding |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | criteria, Mr. Antcliff earned the requisite 21 merit badges and, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | for his Eagle Scout project, he designed and built the stage set for |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | the drama team at his church, First Baptist Roosevelt, for use |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | during vacation Bible school; and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The son of Douglas and Nancy Antcliff, Logan |

| 16 | 17 | | Antcliff is a senior at Abiding Grace Homeschool Academy and |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | participates in the South Plains College dual credit program; |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | following graduation, he plans to attend Texas Tech University and |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | major in chemical engineering; in his free time, he partners with |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | Zeta Lambda Homeschool Honor Society and Homeschoolers in Service |

| 21 | 22 | | to assist several local charitable organizations, and he also |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | enjoys playing the drums and competing in robotics; and |

| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, This fine young Texan has demonstrated outstanding |

| 24 | 25 | | leadership ability throughout his scouting career, winning the |
|---|
| 25 | 26 | | respect and admiration of the fellow members of his troop as he |
|---|
| 26 | 27 | | worked toward the highest rank that the organization offers; he has |
|---|
| 27 | 28 | | served as a troop guide and chaplain's aide, and he was awarded the |

| 28 | 29 | | Messengers of Peace wreath for his service with Walk for Autism |

| 30 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Eagle Scout Antcliff's dedication to excellence and |

| 31 | 32 | | his perseverance in the pursuit of his goals have proven him worthy |

| 33 | 34 | | pride on a job well done; now, therefore, be it |
