| 8 | 9 | | worker that has spanned a quarter-century, Ms. Kramer's tireless |

| 9 | 10 | | efforts have benefited a number of worthy services, including the |

| 10 | 11 | | local Meals on Wheels program; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Through her dedication, professionalism, and |

| 12 | 13 | | commitment to excellence, Tinker Kramer has made a positive |

| 13 | 14 | | difference in the lives of countless Waco area residents, and she |

| 14 | 15 | | may indeed reflect with pride on a career well spent as she embarks |

| 15 | 16 | | on the next exciting chapter of her life; now, therefore, be it |
