 parents, Joseph Michael McCarthy and Mary Nancy LaVelle-McCarthy,
 in a household rendered rambunctious by her brothers, John and Joe;

 Catholic Church in Duncanville; and
 WHEREAS, Mrs. Williams maintained her allegiance to the
 University of Oklahoma, whose crimson banner matched the fiery hue
 of her hair; while devoted to her family, she did not shy away from
 disputes over collegiate sports dominance, and she was also a
 fierce bridge player who enjoyed a little trash-talking on her way
 to becoming a life master; she was a staunch Democrat and supporter
 of John F. Kennedy and Hillary Clinton, and she loved to rib her
 Republican friends; with her quirky, infectious laugh and saucy
 ways, she won a host of admirers; and

 Williams will remember the way she brightened their lives with her
 warm, funny, and feisty personality, and she will forever hold a
 treasured place in their hearts; now, therefore, be it
