| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Cusack is a master of global policy studies |

| 10 | 11 | | candidate at the Lyndon Baines Johnson School of Public Affairs at |

| 11 | 12 | | The University of Texas at Austin, where she is casually |

| 12 | 13 | | concentrating in international development; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Although it is no big deal, Ms. Cusack was selected |

| 14 | 15 | | as a Fulbright Scholar after graduating summa cum laude with a |

| 15 | 16 | | political science and Spanish double major from Temple University |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | and taught English in Madrid, Spain; away from her school and |

| 17 | 18 | | legislative duties, she spends her free time volunteering at UT's |

| 18 | 19 | | Innovations for Peace and Development Center, contemplating the |

| 19 | 20 | | world's greatest challenges, and baking blueberry muffins; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Cusack's tremendous work ethic and sharp |

| 21 | 22 | | analytical skills were of great benefit in the analysis of |
