9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Cusack is a master of global policy studies |

11 | 12 | | The University of Texas at Austin, where she is casually |

13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Although it is no big deal, Ms. Cusack was selected |

14 | 15 | | as a Fulbright Scholar after graduating summa cum laude with a |

15 | 16 | | political science and Spanish double major from Temple University |

16 | 17 | | and taught English in Madrid, Spain; away from her school and |

17 | 18 | | legislative duties, she spends her free time volunteering at UT's |

18 | 19 | | Innovations for Peace and Development Center, contemplating the |

19 | 20 | | world's greatest challenges, and baking blueberry muffins; and |

20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Cusack's tremendous work ethic and sharp |
