| 15 | 16 | | boards of the Texas Departments of Transportation, Human Services, |

| 16 | 17 | | and Criminal Justice; currently, Mr. Dunning is serving on the |

| 17 | 18 | | boards of the Baylor Health Care System Foundation, the Southern |

| 18 | 19 | | Methodist University Tower Center for Political Studies, The |

| 19 | 20 | | Bridge, North Dallas Shared Ministries, and Greenhill School; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Over the years, Mr. Dunning has received a number of |

| 21 | 22 | | prestigious accolades, including the Linz Award, the |

| 22 | 23 | | Anti-Defamation League Humanitarian Award, and the Volunteer |

| 23 | 24 | | Center of North Texas Servant Leader Award; a graduate of The |

| 26 | 27 | | WHEREAS, The strength and unity of our cities are enhanced by |

| 27 | 28 | | the devoted efforts of individuals such as Thomas Dunning, whose |
