H.R. No. 3279
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Guadalupe Marin is graduating from Pasadena Early
College High School on June 4, 2015; and
WHEREAS, In undertaking the rigorous PECHS curriculum,
Mr. Marin has completed an accelerated course of study in which he
has earned both a high school diploma and an associate's degree in
mathematics from San Jacinto Community College; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Marin plans to attend Texas A&M University in
the fall to pursue a degree in petroleum engineering; and
WHEREAS, During his years at PECHS, this accomplished young
Texan has distinguished himself through his skill and
determination, and the knowledge and confidence he has acquired
along the way will serve him well in the years to come; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Guadalupe Marin on his graduation
from Pasadena Early College High School as a member of the Class of
2015 and extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be
it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Marin as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
