| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Weisfeld-Hinojosa is a senior at UTPA, working |

| 14 | 15 | | toward his bachelor's degree in political science, music, and legal |

| 15 | 16 | | studies; he has been a senator in the Student Government |

| 16 | 17 | | Association, and he is the founder and president of Broncs for |

| 17 | 18 | | Israel and Hillel, as well as the vice president of Young Democrats |

| 18 | 19 | | and the UNICEF Campus Initiative; a graduate of McAllen High |

| 19 | 20 | | School, he is an Eagle Scout and a former etiquette and ballroom |
