56 WHEREAS, The deliberations of the Texas House of
67 Representatives during the 84th Legislative Session have been
78 greatly aided by the outstanding work of the House Research
89 Organization; and
910 WHEREAS, Members of the House rely on the impartial
1011 information that the HRO provides in its "Daily Floor Report," as
1112 well as in other publications on significant policy issues; and
1213 WHEREAS, Operating under the leadership of director Laura
1314 Hendrickson, the House Research Organization staff includes Ben
1415 Davis, Mike Marchio, Mary Beth Schaefer, Blaire Parker, Heather Ü
1516 lesoo, Kellie Dworaczyk, Lauren Ames, Janet Elliott, Andy Aguilar,
1617 Samantha Buckley, John Heinemann, Austin Kupke, Chris McConnell,
1718 Margaret Nicklas, Meggie Orgain, Natalie Salvaggio, Anthony
1819 Severin, and Lisa Steffek; and
1920 WHEREAS, Facing the daunting workload of a legislative
2021 session, these resourceful professionals consistently produce
2122 invaluable analyses in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner, and
2223 in so doing, they win, once again, our sincere gratitude and
2324 admiration; now, therefore, be it
2425 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
2526 Legislature hereby commend the staff of the House Research
2627 Organization for their exceptional service in behalf of the
2728 legislature and the State of Texas; and, be it further
2829 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2930 prepared for the House Research Organization as an expression of
3031 high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
