| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 8 pounds, 6 |

| 10 | 11 | | ounces, when he made his long-awaited arrival at Presbyterian |

| 11 | 12 | | Hospital in Dallas; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, In addition to his parents, Brooks's birth has |

| 13 | 14 | | brought great happiness to his grandparents, Buddy and Ginny Jones |

| 14 | 15 | | and Dr. Mike Hatchett and Jennifer Hatchett; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Brooks begins his life secure in the safe and loving |

| 16 | 17 | | embrace of his family, and with their support, dedication, and |
