| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Ed and Marabeth Russell of Winnsboro celebrated |

| 7 | 8 | | indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, On that memorable day in 1954, Mr. and Mrs. Russell |

| 10 | 11 | | exchanged the vows of matrimony in Terrell, and over the course of |

| 11 | 12 | | their marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; |

| 12 | 13 | | through the years, they have made dear friends and countless fond |

| 13 | 14 | | memories living in different cities in Texas and Virginia, and they |

| 14 | 15 | | presently call Winnsboro their home; and |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Russell count among their blessings a |

| 16 | 17 | | fine family that includes their children, Deborah Miller and her |

| 17 | 18 | | husband, Bill, Ed Russell and his wife, Lori, John Russell, and |

| 18 | 19 | | Carrie Russell, as well as their grandchildren, Leanne Marshall and |

| 19 | 20 | | her husband, Dave, and Jake, Garnett, and Molly Russell, with whom |

| 20 | 21 | | they treasure spending many special occasions; and |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, For six decades, Ed and Marabeth Russell have |

| 22 | 23 | | brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
