| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Judge A. Robert Hinojosa of Houston has admirably |

| 6 | 6 | | served his country, his state, and his community as a leader and |

|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Judge Hinojosa has deep roots in Texas as a ninth |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | generation Texan and fifth generation Houstonian; and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Judge Hinojosa bravely served his country as a Judge |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Advocate in the U.S. Air Force, including 1968 at DaNang Air Base in |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | the Republic of Vietnam, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Meritorious Service the same year; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Judge Hinojosa experienced a prolific career in |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Family Law for several decades; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Judge Hinojosa proudly served as the judge for the |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 308th Family District Court in Harris County in 1994 and the judge |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | for the 312th Family District Court in Harris County 2008; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, The City of Houston Municipal Courts were lucky to |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | have Judge Hinojosa serving as an Associate Judge from 1999 until |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | 2008; and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Since retirement, Judge Hinojosa remains dedicated |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | to judicial service where he has served on the Judicial |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Qualifications Committees, the Speakers Bureau, and the Senior |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Lawyers Committee of the Houston Bar Association; and |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Judge Hinojosa is an active member of his parish |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | church, Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church; and |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Judge Robert Hinojosa enjoys |

| 29 | 29 | | the love and support of his wife, Patricia Anderson Hinojosa, and |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | they take great pride in their family, which includes two children, |

| 31 | 31 | | Victoria Lara Hinojosa and Alejandra Rebecca Hinojosa; and |

| 32 | 32 | | WHEREAS, Judge A. Robert Hinojosa has left an unmistakable |
