| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Founded in 2002, the Hill Country 100 Club provides |

| 9 | 10 | | valuable support to first responders in Central Texas; each year, |

| 10 | 11 | | the organization's awards banquet honors outstanding peace |

| 11 | 12 | | officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and support |

| 12 | 13 | | staff in Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and Lampasas Counties; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Larry Lamb has served as a school resource officer |

| 14 | 15 | | for the Burnet Police Department since the position was created in |

| 15 | 16 | | 2013; in fulfilling his duties, this esteemed law enforcement |
