| 11 | 12 | | researched bills and resolutions, caucused in committees, and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | followed parliamentary procedure during discussion and voting on a |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In addition to achieving outstanding success in the |

| 15 | 16 | | 2A category of the tournament, Mr. Atkinson has previously |

| 16 | 17 | | qualified for UIL state competition in three academic events; this |

| 17 | 18 | | talented 15-year-old has further distinguished himself as a member |

| 18 | 19 | | of the National Forensic League, the football and basketball teams, |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Through his hard work and commitment, Josiah |
