| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Justin Fowler was honored as the Firefighter of the |

| 7 | 8 | | Membership/Awards Banquet on January 15, 2015; and |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Founded in 2002, the Hill Country 100 Club provides |

| 9 | 10 | | valuable support to first responders in Central Texas; each year, |

| 10 | 11 | | the organization's awards banquet honors outstanding peace |

| 11 | 12 | | officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and support |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | staff in Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and Lampasas Counties; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Fowler has been a longtime member of the Burnet |

| 14 | 15 | | Fire Department; his efforts to develop a training program, which |

| 15 | 16 | | have included planning and preparing a large-scale live fire |

| 16 | 17 | | exercise, have been crucial to the department's success; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Through his skill and dedication to duty, Justin |

| 18 | 19 | | Fowler exemplifies the highest ideals of his profession and |

| 19 | 20 | | contributes immeasurably to the safety and well-being of his fellow |
