| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Charlie Bell, a junior at Tarleton State University, |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A fitting candidate for this new role, Mr. Bell |

| 9 | 10 | | brings a wealth of knowledge to his post, and his leadership will |

| 10 | 11 | | help to ensure the continued growth and development of the club; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, This Tomball native is a 2012 graduate of Magnolia |

| 12 | 13 | | West High School; since continuing his education at Tarleton State, |

| 13 | 14 | | where he is pursuing a major and minor in economics and finance, |

| 14 | 15 | | respectively, he has twice made the Dean's List; and |
