| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Aaron Suarez of Corpus Christi has excelled in |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A national nonprofit organization that develops |

| 9 | 10 | | science, technology, engineering, and math curricula, PLTW |

| 10 | 11 | | published a profile highlighting the work of this notable young |

| 11 | 12 | | Texan during Computer Science Education Week; and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Suarez was first inspired to learn more about |

| 13 | 14 | | computers as an elementary school student, and he went on to pursue |

| 14 | 15 | | the subject during his years at the Innovation Academy for |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | Engineering, Environmental & Marine Science at Moody High School; |

| 16 | 17 | | following his graduation as salutatorian in 2012, he enrolled at |

| 17 | 18 | | the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he now majors in |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Talented and dedicated, Aaron Suarez represents the |
