45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Sheila Simmons was honored with an Outstanding
67 Employee Award from the Behavioral Health Center of Nueces County
78 on February 25, 2015; and
89 WHEREAS, Established in 1969, the Behavioral Health Center
910 provides services to area residents who struggle with mental
1011 illness and/or intellectual and developmental difficulties; in
1112 times of need, citizens of Nueces County have a trusted place to
1213 which they can turn, thanks to the commitment to excellence
1314 demonstrated by the center's staff and team of medical specialists;
1415 and
1516 WHEREAS, Ms. Simmons has been with BHCNC since May 7, 1979;
1617 as a clerk III in the Advance Employment Program, she has been
1718 instrumental in helping the center achieve 100 percent compliance
1819 with federal requirements; reliable and cheerful, she is a great
1920 asset to the center and to her associates; and
2021 WHEREAS, The Behavioral Health Center benefits immensely
2122 from the efforts of Sheila Simmons, and it is a pleasure to join in
2223 honoring her for her dedicated service; now, therefore, be it
2324 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
2425 Legislature hereby congratulate Sheila Simmons on earning an
2526 Outstanding Employee Award from the Behavioral Health Center of
2627 Nueces County and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued
2728 success; and, be it further
2829 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2930 prepared for Ms. Simmons as an expression of high regard by the
3031 Texas House of Representatives.
