| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Mariachi Oro of Edinburg North High School has been |

| 7 | 8 | | Puerto Iguazú, Misiones, Argentina, May 25-30, 2015; and |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, This international music festival annually brings |

| 9 | 10 | | together some 700 young musicians from more than 20 countries to |

| 10 | 11 | | participate in a week of concerts and to attend workshops taught by |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | renowned artists from the Teatro Colón and the Argentine National |

| 12 | 13 | | Symphony Orchestra in Buenos Aires; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Guided by director Abel Acuña, Mariachi Oro will be |

| 14 | 15 | | featured in three performances during the festival, including the |

| 15 | 16 | | grand finale concert on the closing day, and the group's showcases |

| 16 | 17 | | will be televised and broadcast around the world; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, The outstanding musicianship of Mariachi Oro places |

| 18 | 19 | | it among the finest school ensembles in the nation, and its members |

| 19 | 20 | | may take great pride in earning this exciting opportunity to |
