| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Evelyn Guerrero of PFC David Ybarra Middle School |

| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, A solid education provides young Texans with the |

| 8 | 9 | | tools they need to become successful and productive adults, and |

| 9 | 10 | | those men and women who dedicate their careers to teaching are |

| 10 | 11 | | helping to ensure that the future of the Lone Star State rests in |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Serving as role models, motivators, listeners, and |

| 13 | 14 | | mentors, the best teachers bring to the classroom creativity, |

| 14 | 15 | | energy, and resourcefulness, inspiring in their students a love of |

| 15 | 16 | | learning that will serve them well throughout their lives; and |
