| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The KYFA Smoke in the Park Cook-Off is being held at |

| 14 | 15 | | Magnolia Park and is presented by the City of Kirbyville and the |

| 15 | 16 | | Kirbyville Chamber of Commerce; the celebration serves as the main |

| 17 | 18 | | purchase safety and training equipment for local children involved |
