The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to require a clerk of court and an attorney representing the state to provide a copy of certain documents relating to the scheduled execution of an individual to certain parties.The Office of Court Administration reported no significant fiscal impact to the state court system is anticipated.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
