10 | 8 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
11 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 5.05, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is | |
12 | 10 | amended by adding Subsections (a-1) and (a-2) to read as follows: | |
13 | 11 | (a-1) Notwithstanding any other law, a child of a commission | |
14 | 12 | employee may be employed by the holder of a license or permit issued | |
15 | 13 | under this code. | |
16 | 14 | (a-2) The commission shall establish an agency policy | |
17 | 15 | requiring employees to disclose information regarding their | |
18 | 16 | children's employment by a holder of a license or permit issued | |
19 | 17 | under this code. | |
20 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | |
