64 AN ACT
75 relating to authorizing children of Texas Alcoholic Beverage
86 Commission employees to be employed by holders of licenses or
97 permits issued by the commission.
108 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
119 SECTION 1. Section 5.05, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is
1210 amended by adding Subsections (a-1) and (a-2) to read as follows:
1311 (a-1) Notwithstanding any other law, a child of a commission
1412 employee may be employed by the holder of a license or permit issued
1513 under this code.
1614 (a-2) The commission shall establish an agency policy
1715 requiring employees to disclose information regarding their
1816 children's employment by a holder of a license or permit issued
1917 under this code.
2018 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
