| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Not later than September 1, 2016, the Texas | |
| 11 | 11 | Department of Transportation, in consultation with the comptroller | |
| 12 | 12 | and governor, shall provide each member of the legislature with a | |
| 13 | 13 | plan to eliminate by not later than 2046 all toll roads in this | |
| 14 | 14 | state, including any tolled portion of: | |
| 15 | 15 | (1) Loop 1 Toll; | |
| 16 | 16 | (2) SH 45 Toll; | |
| 17 | 17 | (3) Loop 49 Toll; | |
| 18 | 18 | (4) SH 99 Toll; | |
| 19 | 19 | (5) 183A Toll; | |
| 20 | 20 | (6) SH 255 Toll; | |
| 21 | 21 | (7) 290 Toll Road; | |
| 22 | 22 | (8) SH 550 Toll; | |
| 23 | 23 | (9) Addison Airport Toll Tunnel; | |
| 24 | 24 | (10) Chisolm Trail Parkway; | |
| 25 | 25 | (11) Dallas North Tollway; | |
