| 12 | 12 | Sec. 25.0025. COURT INVESTIGATORS. | |
| 13 | 13 | (b) The commissioners court shall set the salary of a court | |
| 14 | 14 | investigator. A court investigator employed under this section is | |
| 15 | 15 | entitled to receive a salary set by the commissioners court. The | |
| 16 | 16 | county shall pay the salary in the same manner that other county | |
| 17 | 17 | employees are paid. | |
| 18 | 18 | (c) Court personnel employed under this section are | |
| 19 | 19 | entitled to receive the same employment benefits, in addition to | |
| 20 | 20 | salary, that other county employees receive. |
