| 8 | 8 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 9 | 9 | SECTION 1. Subchapter G, Chapter 504, Transportation Code, | |
| 10 | 10 | is amended by adding Section 504.665 to read as follows: | |
| 11 | 11 | Sec. 504.665. OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE LICENSE PLATES. (a) | |
| 12 | 12 | The department shall issue specialty license plates that include | |
| 13 | 13 | the words "Our Lady of Guadalupe." | |
| 14 | 14 | (b) After deduction of the department's administrative | |
| 15 | 15 | costs, the remainder of the fee for issuance of the license plates | |
| 16 | 16 | shall be deposited to the credit of the sexual assault program fund | |
| 17 | 17 | established by Section 420.008, Government Code. Money deposited | |
| 18 | 18 | to that fund may be used only by the attorney general for the | |
| 19 | 19 | purposes listed in Section 420.008(c)(1), Government Code. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
