| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 85.063, Election Code, is amended to | |
| 11 | 11 | read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 85.063. DAYS AND HOURS FOR VOTING: PERMANENT OR | |
| 13 | 13 | TEMPORARY BRANCH. Early voting by personal appearance at each | |
| 14 | 14 | permanent or temporary branch polling place shall be conducted on | |
| 15 | 15 | the same days and during the same hours as voting is conducted at | |
| 16 | 16 | the main early voting polling place. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. Section 85.068(a), Election Code, is amended to | |
| 18 | 18 | read as follows: | |
| 19 | 19 | (a) The early voting clerk shall post notice for each | |
| 20 | 20 | election stating any dates and the hours that voting on Saturday or | |
| 21 | 21 | Sunday will be conducted at a temporary branch polling place [under | |
| 22 | 22 | Section 85.064(d) or 85.065(b)], if the early voting clerk is a | |
| 23 | 23 | county clerk or city secretary under Section 83.002 or 83.005. | |
| 24 | 24 | SECTION 3. Sections 85.064 and 85.065, Election Code, are | |
| 25 | 25 | repealed. | |
| 26 | 26 | SECTION 4. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
