| 8 | 6 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 9 | 7 | | SECTION 1. Article 61.10(f), Code of Criminal Procedure, is |
|---|
| 10 | 8 | | amended to read as follows: |
|---|
| 11 | 9 | | (f) The task force shall consist of: |
|---|
| 12 | 10 | | (1) a representative of the Department of Public |
|---|
| 13 | 11 | | Safety designated by the director of that agency; |
|---|
| 14 | 12 | | (2) two representatives of the Texas Department of |
|---|
| 15 | 13 | | Criminal Justice, including a representative of the parole |
|---|
| 16 | 14 | | division, designated by the executive director of that agency; |
|---|
| 17 | 15 | | (3) a representative of the office of the inspector |
|---|
| 18 | 16 | | general of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice designated by |
|---|
| 19 | 17 | | the inspector general; |
|---|
| 20 | 18 | | (4) two representatives [a representative] of the |
|---|
| 21 | 19 | | Texas Juvenile Justice Department [Youth Commission] designated by |
|---|
| 22 | 20 | | the executive director of that agency; |
|---|
| 23 | 21 | | (5) [a representative of the Texas Juvenile Probation |
|---|
| 24 | 22 | | Commission designated by the executive director of that agency; |
|---|
| 25 | 23 | | [(6)] a representative of the office of the attorney |
|---|
| 26 | 24 | | general designated by the attorney general; |
|---|
| 27 | 25 | | (6) [(7)] six representatives who are local law |
|---|
| 28 | 26 | | enforcement officers or local community supervision personnel, |
|---|
| 29 | 27 | | including juvenile probation personnel, designated by the |
|---|
| 30 | 28 | | governor; [and] |
|---|
| 31 | 29 | | (7) [(8)] two representatives who are local |
|---|
| 32 | 30 | | prosecutors designated by the governor; and |
|---|
| 33 | 31 | | (8) a representative of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage |
|---|
| 34 | 32 | | Commission designated by the executive director of that agency. |
|---|
| 35 | 33 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|---|
| 36 | 34 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 37 | 35 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 38 | 36 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 39 | 37 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
