| 11 | 11 | | SECTION 1.01. CREDIT UNION DEPARTMENT AND CREDIT UNION |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | COMMISSION. Section 15.212, Finance Code, is amended to read as |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | follows: |

| 14 | 14 | | Sec. 15.212. SUNSET PROVISION. The Credit Union Department |

| 15 | 15 | | and the Credit Union Commission are subject to Chapter 325, |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence |

| 17 | 17 | | as provided by that chapter, the department and commission are |

| 23 | 23 | | Commission is subject to Chapter 325 (Texas Sunset Act). Unless |

| 24 | 24 | | continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the commission |

| 25 | 25 | | is abolished and this subtitle, except for Chapter 2170 and Section |

| 26 | 26 | | 2157.121, expires September 1, 2021 [2015]. |

| 27 | 27 | | ARTICLE 3. ENTITIES REMOVED FROM SPECIFIC SUNSET REVIEW |

| 28 | 28 | | SECTION 3.01. SULPHUR RIVER BASIN AUTHORITY. Section 1A, |

| 29 | 29 | | Chapter 3, Acts of the 69th Legislature, 1st Called Session, 1985, |

| 31 | 31 | | ARTICLE 4. EFFECTIVE DATE |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | SECTION 4.01. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act takes effect |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | immediate effect, this Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
