The bill would allow a governmental entity required to post notice of a meeting in a newspaper to instead post notice on the Internet. A governmental body required to post notice of a meeting on the Internet would not be required to post notice in a newspaper. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
