| 9 | 7 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 10 | 8 | | SECTION 1. Sections 51.705(f) and (h), Government Code, are |
|---|
| 11 | 9 | | amended to read as follows: |
|---|
| 12 | 10 | | (f) A resolution adopted under Subsection (e) continues |
|---|
| 13 | 11 | | from year to year until July 1, 2030 [2016], allowing the county to |
|---|
| 14 | 12 | | collect fees under the terms of this section until the resolution is |
|---|
| 15 | 13 | | rescinded. |
|---|
| 16 | 14 | | (h) A fee established under a particular resolution is |
|---|
| 17 | 15 | | abolished on the earlier of: |
|---|
| 18 | 16 | | (1) the date a resolution adopted under Subsection (e) |
|---|
| 19 | 17 | | is rescinded as provided by Subsection (g); or |
|---|
| 20 | 18 | | (2) July 1, 2030 [2016]. |
|---|
| 21 | 19 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|---|
| 22 | 20 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 23 | 21 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 24 | 22 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 25 | 23 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
