| 12 | 12 | Sec. 250.007. RESTRICTION ON REGULATION OF HYDRAULIC | |
| 13 | 13 | FRACTURING TREATMENT. A county or municipality may not prohibit | |
| 14 | 14 | hydraulic fracturing treatment of oil or gas wells. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
