75 relating to the availability of certain property and casualty

97 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
108 SECTION 1. Section 1812.002, Insurance Code, is amended by
119 adding Subsection (c) to read as follows:
1210 (c) The office of public insurance counsel may post an
1311 insurer's specimen policy on the office's Internet website. The
1412 posting, other than a posting described by Subsection (a), of an
1513 insurer's specimen policy on an Internet website does not create a
1614 duty to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
1715 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
1816 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
1917 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
2018 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
2119 Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
