75 relating to the designation of Loop 567 in Granbury as the Deputy
86 Sergeant Lance McLean Memorial Highway.
97 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
108 SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 225, Transportation Code,
119 is amended by adding Section 225.109 to read as follows:
1210 Sec. 225.109. DEPUTY SERGEANT LANCE MCLEAN MEMORIAL
1311 HIGHWAY. (a) The portion of Loop 567 in Granbury between its
1412 intersection with U.S. Highway 377 and its intersection with
1513 Business Highway 377 is designated as the Deputy Sergeant Lance
1614 McLean Memorial Highway. The designation is in addition to any
1715 other designation.
1816 (b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:
1917 (1) design and construct markers indicating the
2018 designation as the Deputy Sergeant Lance McLean Memorial Highway
2119 and any other appropriate information; and
2220 (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at
2321 appropriate intermediate sites along the highway.
2422 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
