|---|
| 11 | 11 | | families) to consider and take action on the following matter: |

| 13 | 13 | | to add text on a matter which is not included in either the house |

| 14 | 14 | | or senate version of the bill by adding the following text to |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 531.0992, Government |

| 17 | 17 | | (g) The executive commissioner shall use a |

| 18 | 18 | | noncompetitive procurement procedure to select a qualified |

| 19 | 19 | | nonprofit or private entity to administer a pilot program of the |

| 20 | 20 | | grant program established under this section. In selecting the |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | qualified nonprofit or private entity, the executive |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | commissioner must consider the purposes of the program and the |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | duties of the program administrator described in this section. |
