| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The theme of this year's scholarship breakfast is |

| 14 | 14 | | spotlight on male mentors for the dedication, commitment, |

| 15 | 15 | | selflessness, and heart they display in service to others; and |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, This year's honorees are Ahmad R. Branch, Alfred |

| 17 | 17 | | E. Carroll, Christopher Cerf, Reverend Jacari P. Davis, James |

| 18 | 18 | | Edmond Jr., James L. Hicks III, Heard Robinson Jr., Anthony |

| 19 | 19 | | Snyder, Devon Castro Stevenson, and Reverend Jerrel Thomas; |

| 20 | 20 | | their exemplary actions have had a profound impact on the lives |
