4	4	Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning
5	5	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and
6	6	commemorates the life of Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning, who died
7	7	February 25, 2015, at the age of 60; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning was an exemplary
9	9	citizen who was admired in her community for her many
10	10	achievements; and
11	11	WHEREAS, She was active in a number of civic, professional,
12	12	and philanthropic organizations; and
13	13	WHEREAS, A woman of courage, strength, and compassion, she
14	14	gave generously to others, and her wisdom, warmth, and valued
15	15	counsel will not be forgotten by those who were privileged to
16	16	share in her life; and
17	17	WHEREAS, She was devoted to her daughter, Ashleigh, and her
18	18	large and loving extended family, and she leaves behind memories
19	19	that will be treasured forever by her family and many friends;
20	20	now, therefore, be it
21	21	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th
22	22	Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved
23	23	family of Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning; and, be it further
24	24	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
25	25	her family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
26	26	Senate and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
27	27	memory of Michelle Elise Dejoie-Manning.
