| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize the Connally Memorial Medical Center on the occasion of |

| 4 | 4 | | its 10th anniversary; and |
|---|
| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The Connally Memorial Medical Center opened the |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | doors of its new facility on March 9, 2005; the administration and |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | health care professionals of this outstanding facility serve the |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | people of Wilson County with the use of the latest technology; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The center is a 44-bed, state-of-the-art acute |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | care facility that has been accredited by the Texas Department of |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Health, and its Emergency Department holds a Level IV Trauma |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | designation; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Through the years, the Connally Memorial Medical |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | Center has been able to recruit exceptional physicians to help |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | further its mission of delivering superior care and improving the |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | quality of life for area residents; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Over the last 10 years, the center has continued |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | to add new clinical services, while consistently maintaining |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | high standards of care; the center is truly deserving of special |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | recognition as it celebrates 10 years of exemplary service to the |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | people of Wilson County; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Legislature, hereby commend the administration, physicians, and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | staff of Connally Memorial Medical Center on their commitment to |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | quality care and extend to them congratulations on the occasion |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | of the center's 10th anniversary; and, be it further |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for |
