| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most treasured |

| 4 | 4 | | WHEREAS, August 19, 2014, will be a day long remembered by |

| 5 | 5 | | Sejena Elvera Ramirez and Juan Javier Ramirez, for on that day |

| 6 | 6 | | their son Jensen Javier Ramirez was born; and |

| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, The beautiful baby boy weighed six pounds 14 |

| 8 | 8 | | ounces and was 19 inches long; and |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Jensen's safe arrival is the fulfillment of his |

| 10 | 10 | | parents' dearest wish; Sejena, Juan, and big sister Gianna are |

| 11 | 11 | | filled with joy over the newest member of their family, who has |

| 12 | 12 | | already found a permanent place in their hearts; now, therefore, |
