| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize the members of the Burleson Young Executives Alliance |

| 4 | 4 | | on the occasion of their visit to the Capitol; and |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The Burleson Young Executives Alliance is a program |

| 6 | 6 | | of the Burleson Area Chamber of Commerce that was created to |

| 7 | 7 | | provide a forum for participants from diverse backgrounds to gain |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | an expanded knowledge of the community, to build relationships |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | with other professionals, to engage with political, civic, and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | business leaders, and to create opportunities for leadership and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | volunteerism within the community; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, This year's participants include Elijah Bruette, |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Casey Davis, Kendall Frazier, Austin Justice, Ellen Larimore, |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | Jeff Montgomery, Steve Logan, Jason Reynolds, Ryan Richardson, |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Adam Russell, and Jared Treesh; these emerging community leaders |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | are visiting the Capitol to gain insight into the workings of |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | state government so that they might better serve the citizens and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | businesses of Burleson; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, The Burleson Young Executives Alliance is playing |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | a vital role in making tomorrow's Burleson an even better place |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | in which to live, work, and raise a family, and it is truly deserving |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | of special recognition; now, therefore, be it |

| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |

| 24 | 24 | | Legislature, hereby commend the members of the Burleson Young |

| 25 | 25 | | Executives Alliance on their commitment to community service and |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | extend to them best wishes for a productive and memorable visit |
