SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 695
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Hannah Elizabeth Beckett of Lake Jackson as a member of
the Brazosport Area Homeschool Graduating Class of 2015; and
WHEREAS, Hannah has demonstrated exceptional diligence and
determination in accomplishing the goals she set for herself, and
she has fulfilled all the requirements for graduation; and
WHEREAS, She has also earned certification as a veterinary
assistant through the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and
volunteered more than 500 hours at the Veterinary Center of the
Gulf Coast; she is a highly accomplished horsewoman who has
completed Total Transformation Horsemanship certification at the
advanced level and was recognized with the award for Brazoria
County 4-H 2013-2014 Equine Grand Champion; and
WHEREAS, Having faced the many challenges of a home school
education, Hannah now embarks on a new adventure for which she is
well prepared; and
WHEREAS, Hannah's achievements bear witness to her
dedication and outstanding abilities, and the future holds
countless exciting opportunities for her; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th
Legislature, hereby congratulate Hannah Elizabeth Beckett on her
graduation and extend to her best wishes for success in the
future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
