| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Ashby Beth Slawson of Lake Jackson as a member of the |

| 4 | 4 | | Brazosport Area Homeschool Graduating Class of 2015; and |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Ashby has demonstrated exceptional diligence and |

| 6 | 6 | | determination in accomplishing the goals she set for herself, and |

| 7 | 7 | | she has fulfilled all the requirements for graduation; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Having faced the many challenges of a home school |

| 9 | 9 | | education, Ashby now embarks on a new adventure for which she is |

| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Ashby's achievements bear witness to her |
