| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Noah Andrei Duke of Boy Scout Troop 114 in Huntsville |

| 4 | 4 | | for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout; this fine young man |

| 5 | 5 | | joined the elite corps of Eagles recently and is being presented |

| 6 | 6 | | the coveted Eagle Badge at a Court of Honor; and |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, Few achieve this distinguished honor; only five |

| 8 | 8 | | out of every 100 boys in the Boy Scout program attain the rank of |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | Eagle Scout; and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | promise, Noah advanced through the ranks of Tenderfoot, Second, |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | First, Star, and Life classes before reaching Eagle Scout; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, This personable young man displayed leadership |

| 14 | 14 | | through planning, developing, and conducting a service project |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | that benefited his community; Noah's project was his work with |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | the Herb Society and the historic Wynne Home in Huntsville; he is |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | truly a shining example to his fellow Scouts and the young people |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | of Texas; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, By becoming an Eagle Scout, Noah has brought great |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | honor to himself, his family, his troop, his community, and his |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | state; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Legislature, hereby commend Noah Andrei Duke on receiving this |

| 24 | 24 | | prestigious honor and congratulate him on his outstanding |
