| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Kaitlyn Anderson and to welcome her on the occasion of |

| 4 | 4 | | her visit to the Capitol on May 26, 2015; and |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Talented and hardworking, Kaitlyn is a |

| 6 | 6 | | high-achieving student at Canyon High School who has |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | demonstrated leadership skills and a desire to contribute to her |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | community; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, She has a great passion to learn about local, |

| 10 | 10 | | state, and federal government, and during her Capitol visit, she |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | is shadowing Senator Campbell in order to gain further insight |

| 12 | 12 | | into the state's legislative process; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Her educational accomplishments and her interest |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | in politics and government bode well for a future with countless |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | opportunities and much success; now, therefore, be it |

| 16 | 16 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |

| 17 | 17 | | Legislature, hereby commend Kaitlyn Anderson on her dedication |
