| 13 | 13 | Education for a waiver of the annual alternate assessment of | |
| 14 | 14 | students with significant cognitive disabilities required under | |
| 15 | 15 | the Every Student Succeeds Act (20 U.S.C. Section 6301 et seq.) and | |
| 16 | 16 | the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. Section | |
| 17 | 17 | 1400 et seq.). | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
