12 | 6 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
13 | 7 | SECTION 1. Section 681.012(b), Transportation Code, is | |
14 | 8 | amended to read as follows: | |
15 | 9 | (b) On seizure of a placard under Subsection (a) or (a-1), a | |
16 | 10 | placard is revoked. A [On request of the] person from whom the | |
