| 12 | 12 | Sec. 42.04306. TUBERCULOSIS SCREENING FOR CHILD-CARE | |
| 13 | 13 | FACILITY EMPLOYEES. The department shall require each child-care | |
| 14 | 14 | facility employee who provides services to at least one child under | |
| 15 | 15 | four years of age to annually undergo a screening test for | |
| 16 | 16 | tuberculosis. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
