| 10 | 10 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 11 | 11 | | SECTION 1. Section 531.951(a), Government Code, is amended |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | to read as follows: |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | (a) This subchapter applies only to the final licensing, |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | listing, or registration decisions of a health and human services |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | agency with respect to a person under the law authorizing the agency |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | to regulate the following types of persons: |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | (1) a youth camp licensed under Chapter 141, Health |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | and Safety Code; |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | (2) a home and community support services agency |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | licensed under Chapter 142, Health and Safety Code; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | (3) a hospital licensed under Chapter 241, Health and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Safety Code; |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | (4) an institution licensed under Chapter 242, Health |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | and Safety Code; |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | (5) an ambulatory surgical center licensed under |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Chapter 243, Health and Safety Code; |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | (6) a birthing center licensed under Chapter 244, |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | Health and Safety Code; |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | (7) an abortion facility licensed under Chapter 245, |
