| 10 | 10 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. The following provisions are repealed: | |
| 12 | 12 | (1) Sections 11.041 and 61.11, Alcoholic Beverage | |
| 13 | 13 | Code; and | |
| 14 | 14 | (2) Section 411.204(d), Government Code. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | |
| 16 | 16 | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | |
| 17 | 17 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | |
| 18 | 18 | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | |
| 19 | 19 | Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
